XRP6141ELMTR-F Overview
As a whole, it supports 1 outputs. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation. Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 0.6V~18V. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. This shunt regulator targets at Network, Telecom and other applications. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 5V~22V.
