XRP6124ES0.5-F Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Bulk. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3V~18V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~833kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable for efficient switching control.
