SPX385AM-L-2-5/TR Overview
A handy package called TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt. The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program. The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 2.5V voltage is output. The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering. For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~85°C TA is my area of expertise.20mA input applications can use the reference voltage.Generally, the cathode current should be 20μA.The voltage generated is fixed/minimum at 2.5V.A voltage reference circuit's maximum voltage output is tested 2.525V.This voltage reference ic outputs a voltage of at least 2.475V.
