SP7652ER-L Overview
It uses the Strip package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 26 terminations. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 26-PowerVFDFN package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 600kHz switching frequencies. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 6A. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 28V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 5V is provided. 27V's maximal output voltage allows adjusting voltage regulator to operate easily.
