SP690AEN-L Overview
There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tube. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This power managment ic consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. Power management is also possible to add other features such as WATCH DOG TIMER, BACKUP-BATTERY SWITCHOVER to name a few.
