As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. Input voltage 0.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1.5A Switch. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 4.5V.
