SP6127EK1-L/TR Overview
The switching controller fits in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package and is ideal for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~29V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 900kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
