SP6125EK1-L/TR Overview
In the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. DC control operates at 4.5V~29V volts and has 4.5V~29V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
