SP6120BEY-L/TR Overview
In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3V~5.5V volts and has 3V~5.5V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the AnyFET™ series.
