SP2996BEN-L/TR Overview

Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. There is a general voltage output of Adjustableon this voltage controller. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. It is intended for use in applications such as Converter, DDR and others. In order to prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. It is designed to run the input voltage at 1.6V~6V.
