SP2996BEN-L Overview

This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of Adjustable. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. The shunt regulator is intended for use at Converter, DDR as well as other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction. A voltage of 1.6V~6Vis the input voltage for this variable voltage regulator.
