MXD1817XR26+T Overview
It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-70, SOT-323 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.6V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 3 pins on IC management. This power management has 70 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. There is a 9μA supply current present in the power management. You can always use MXD1817, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
