MXD1817UR26+T Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. Manage ics operate at 3.6V supply voltages. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. 3 pins are present on the power management system. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountWe recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 9μA is the recommended value. It is always advisable to use MXD1817, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
