MX7547LP+T Overview
There are two packages that contain it: PLCC package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 15V. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tape & Reel (TR). In total, it has 28 terminations on each end. The device is designed with 28 pins in total. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction. This module is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 70°C. It is necessary to maintain an operating temperature higher than 0°C. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 28 pins. It can take a maximum of 16.5V as the supply voltage. It is able to work with the minimal supply voltage of 10.8V.
