MX7545ACWP+T Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~85°C at all times. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space. This device package is supplied by 20-SOIC.
