The linear amplifier is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad case. An op amp ic of the General Purpose type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It is estimated that there will be 8 terminations in the next few months. The linear amplifier should be run at 15V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it. The op amp ic has an array of 8 pins on it.
