Serializer/Deserializer comes in a Tube case.A 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad case is used to package this product.Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended.-40°C~105°C TA operating temperatures are varied by the device.An output of 1.7V~1.9V volts is provided by the chip.Input can be entered by the user in the form of a LVDS form.In interface ics, CML indicates the output type.Serializer/Deserializer is necessary to operate the 30 inputs.There is no restriction on the device's ability to maintain 1 outputs.Mounting the device is possible with Surface Mount.As part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series, there is an electrical component that is included.In order to operate this part correctly, the minimum operating temperature cannot be -40°C.During operation, the temperature must stay below 105°C.
