The product is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case with a lid.Serializer/Deserializer is packaged in 56-WFQFN Exposed Pad case.There is no better mounting type than Surface Mount.The device will vary the operating temperature based on -40°C~105°C TA.1.7V~1.9V volts is the output voltage of the chip.Input can be entered using a CML form.Interface ics recognize LVCMOS as their output type.Inputs 1 have to be operated.Serializer/Deserializer can maintain 32 outputs.MAX9280 family parts can be searched based on their relatedness.Mounting the device is possible with Surface Mount.The minimum operating temperature of this part must not be -40°C.During operation, the temperature must stay below 105°C.
