This product is delivered in a Tube case, which has a number of advantages.A 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad case is used.Mounting type Surface Mount, Wettable Flank is recommended.As a result of the device, the range of operating temperatures for -40°C~105°C TA can be varied.The chip is powered by 1.7V~1.9V volts.For the user to enter inputs, there is a CML form on which to do so.As a result, there are several 3 inputs to be operated.There is no restriction on the device's ability to maintain 1 outputs.There is a LINE RECEIVER interface IC type for the part.
