It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Bulk .There are 8 terminals on the power management.When operated at 5V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.There are 8 pins for the ics supply to use.In order for the ic supplies to operate, it will require at least 4.5V .The power supply ic should not be supplied with voltage above 5.5V .
