MAX78615+PPM/C01 Overview
This package is packed in Tube. A package called 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad. An example of its use as a 3 Phase meter would be the following. This item is available in Surface Mount. As a result of -40°C~85°C, a higher operational temperature is reached. Using a 3V~3.6V power supply, it operates as it should. It has a voltage of 0.8V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. This device is capable of delivering voltages of 2V for high-level I/Os on its pins. 24 terminations are included on this part. For this part, the normal voltage needed is 3.3V. With its Surface Mount design, it can be easily installed and dismounted and can be used for many projects. The maximum supply current is recommended to be set at 8.1mA in order to make sure the PMIC keeps running normally.
