This LED driver IC features an enhanced 196-LBGA, FCCSPBGA package for driving common LEDs.There is a Tube package for this receiver.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this wide receiver.Since the base part number MAX72466 uniquely identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., you can use it to find more variations.An enhanced power dissipation control driver IC featuring 196 pins.A combination of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting reduces the package size dramatically.It must be below 85°C when the transceiver module's system is operating.It is important that this optical transceiver does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
