MAX6865UK28D6S+T Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. In this IC management you will find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. When a supply voltage of 2.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.1V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 7μA is the recommended value. You can always use MAX6865, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
