MAX6840XSD4+T Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. There are SC-82A, SOT-343 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. When a supply voltage of 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 550mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 3.6V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 16μA is the recommended value. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to MAX6840, which is the base power ics number.
