MAX6834IXRD1+T Overview
Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached SC-70, SOT-323 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. When a supply voltage of 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 3 pins are located on this power management. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 550mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 3.6V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountIt is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. Supplied with a operating current of 16μA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. You can always use MAX6834, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
