It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. There are SOT-23 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 225. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.8V. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. 5 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.2V. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. There is a requirement for 1.8V power to power this power management.
