MAX6801UR27D3+T Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. 3 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 700mV. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supply current of the power management is 5μA. You can always use MAX6801, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
