MAX6731AUTRD6+T Overview
There are SOT-23-6 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be NOT SPECIFIED. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. 6 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 800mV. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 15μA.
