MAX6730UTSD2 Overview
It is mounted through 6 terminals on the power management. Packaged in a Cut Tape-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. There are SOT-23 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 225. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. 6 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 800mV. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. It is also possible to use other types of IC, such as POWER SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CIRCUIT, in this supervisor. There is a requirement for 1/5V power to power this power management. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 39μA.
