MAX6725KARVD3+T Overview
There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power managment ic consists of 3 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached SOT-23-8 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. IC management is possible to find a succession of 3 voltages that have been checked. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. Power management has a total of 8 pins. There are 8 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 800mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain, Open Drain as the output voltage. The power management's supply current is 15μA. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to MAX6725, the base PMIC number. The power management must be powered by 1/5V volts to function properly.
