There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Strip-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to power management for SOT-23 functions. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 225 is specified for the package. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. 8 pins make up the power management. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 800mV volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The voltage supervisor requires a power source of 1/5V volts in order to work correctly.
