MAX6714CUB Overview
There are 10 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tube-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power management is made up of 4 channels which are available in a series format. To assist you, this PMIC includes 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 245 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. A supply voltage of 4 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, the power management has 10 pins in it. This power management system has 10 pins. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 2V volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThe supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 80μA. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to MAX6714, the base PMIC number. In order to operate this power management, it requires 2.5/5V volts of power.
