MAX6703MKA+T Overview
There are 8 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SOT-23-8 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. Manage ics operate at 5V supply voltages. Power management conducts at a voltage of 3. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. 8 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1.2V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 12μA is the recommended value. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to MAX6703, the base PMIC number. It is necessary to have 5V volts of power in order for this voltage supervisor to operate.
