As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. A supply voltage of 1.8V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
