In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management.
