MAX6463UR20+T Overview

The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 6V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 3.5μA. It is always advisable to use MAX6463, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 3.5μA.
