MAX6462UR16+T Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.6V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 3.5μA. You can always use MAX6462, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 3.5μA can be used with this power management.
