MAX6423US33+T Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board. This power management system has 4 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 2.5μA is the recommended value. You can always use MAX6423, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
