MAX6423US27+T Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for you to refer to. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 2.5μA is the recommended value. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to MAX6423, which is the base power ics number.
