MAX6420UK30+T Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 2 channels that can be found. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. When 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 2.7μA. There are other features such as RESET THRESHOLD VOLTAGE IS 3V to name a few. It is always advisable to use MAX6420, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
