This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. As a reference, this IC power includes 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions for your convenience. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. IC management conducts in a 3V-voltage supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. Power management has a total of 4 pins. 4 pins make up the power management. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.2V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied.
