MAX6408BS29+T Overview
A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes 4-WFBGA, CSPBGA functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.2V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The power management's supply current is 1μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MAX6408, the base power ics number.
