MAX639C/D Overview
Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 11 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a Die package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at 0°C~70°C TA. Regulator 4V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.3V 5V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 225mA. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 11.5V. A regulator with this 240 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 9V. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 5V volts.
