MAX6390XS30D4+ Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. IC management conducts in a 1.8V-voltage supply. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
