MAX6390LT23D4+T Overview
There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. As a reference, this IC power includes 6-WFDFN functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. There is a voltage supply of 1.8V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. In total, IC powers are 6 pins on the board. 6 pins are present on the power management system. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 7μA. You can always use MAX6390, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
