MAX6383XR44D3-T Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SC-70, SOT-323 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 245. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.8V. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts IC management. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. 3 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 7μA volt supply current. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to MAX6383, the base PMIC number.
