MAX6350MJA Overview
An easy-to-use 8-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is used. The handy Series, Buried Zener package is used in this program. This program uses the handy Bulk package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.02% tolerance. There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms. The voltage reference ic has 8 pins. The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 245.In the voltage reference ic, there are 8 pins. The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within -55°C~125°C TA.Through Hole applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 15mA.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 40V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly. It must be supplied with a voltage of 8V at a minimum. An input voltage of 8V~36V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value. In order to operate it, 3.3mA is the supply current.
