MAX6330LUR-T Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1.4% tolerance.IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is coupled with the reference voltage.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 245.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used with 50mA inputs.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 60μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 5V.
