MAX6325CSA+ Overview
A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series, Buried Zener package. The handy Tube package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.04% tolerance. The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5V voltage. In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. The user can enter input on the Fixed form. There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure. The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins. For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Search "MAX6325" for other relevant parts.Applications with 15mA input are suitable for the reference voltage. To supply it, a voltage of 8V is required. In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 8V~36V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.During operation, it uses a current of 3mA as its supply current.2.501V is the highest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.
