An analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.Pins 3 are settled in the part.Applicable to Surface Mount applications.The voltage reference ic cannot output more current than 15mA in this case.85°C more than 85°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.1.2205V volts are output.
